Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Worldwide Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, and supplier. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 14–45 business days from the date of shipment

Tracking Once your order has shipped, we will do our best to provide you with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become available. Not all shipments may include tracking.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
